As we move further into the 21st Century and closer to Jesus' return for His Church, as Christians we must realize that the future has been provided to us in God's word, the Bible. We should not be surprised by current events; they have been prophesied and enumerated for us in the Bible. We must continue to have faith and live a life pleasing to the Lord.
The happiness that many seek is temporary and can be found in all manner of people, places, and things. However, true Joy is in our hearts and comes from the Holy Spirit (Act 13:52).
Instead of hopelessness, Paul stated God’s promise in Romans 8:28, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." The Lord can take the broken pieces in our lives and make them whole. He can bring light to what you may think is a dark path.
Church stay prayerful, read His word, Love all even those who may appear unlovable, and be encouraged!
